The Well Doc Initiative offers a 1-hour session introducing the science of physician wellness and the importance of measuring wellness as one of the organizational strategies to promote engagement and reduce burnout.

During this session, participants will learn the existing measures to measure wellness within physician groups and the value of identifying key drivers of wellness/unwellness. The Well Doc Initiative also offers a few strategies for harnessing periodic physician wellness measurement to drive positive change.
