Physician Wellness Measurement Program
A solution focused, quality improvement approach to assess physician wellness at the group level

The Well Doc Initiative's Physician Wellness Measurement Program involves assessing current wellness in physician groups, highlighting factors influencing wellness, establishing a baseline, and identifying opportunities for positive and lasting change.
It is a solution focused, quality improvement approach that assesses physician wellness at the group-level. By exploring the group’s specific culture, environment, and contextual nuances, measurement results can guide groups towards appropriate interventions that can be adapted to their needs.
